If you’re a business owner, accountant, or other professional who relies on your BDO account to do your work, it’s important to understand how to unlock your account and use the features it provides. Here are some tips:
- Log in to your BDO account and click on the “Account Settings” link in the top left corner of the main screen. This will take you to a page that looks like this:
- Scroll down until you find the “Account Lock” section and change the password if needed. If you don’t have a password, enter “123456” for now and click on “Create New Password.”
- Once you’ve created a new password, enter it into the “Account Lock” section of your BDO account page again and click on “Create New Password.”
- Now that your new password has been created, log in to your account and click on the “Edit Password” link in the top right corner of the main screen. This will take you to a page that looks like this:
- In this page, you’ll need to enter two pieces of information: Your first name and last name (or any other unique identifier). The second part of this information is optional but recommended because it helps us track which accounts are associated with which identities (e.g., if one identity has an account with two different first names, we can track that by entering those two pieces of information into our editor’s field).
- Click on “Enter New Password.” You’ll now be taken back to youraccount page where you can continue using all of the features available there such as creating new passwords or editing existing ones.
- If everything goes well, after about 10 minutes or so you’ll be able to log in again and see that your BDO account has been unlocked!
