If you’re a television manufacturer or service provider, you may be using narrators to help guide viewers through your programming. But if you want to turn off the narrator on your Insignia TV, there are a few steps you can take. First, make sure that the TV is turned off and unplugged. Then, open the TV’s settings and select “Text-to-speech.” Next, set the level of narration to “None.” Finally, close the settings and unplug the TV. If you have an Insignia TV with a voice-activated remote control, you can also turn off the narrator by pressing “Menu” on the remote control and selecting “Text-to-speech.”
