If you’re using Android devices, there’s a good chance that you’re using LTE. And if you are, it’s probably because you’re using a carrier that offers the feature. But if you don’t want to use LTE, there are a few ways to do it. The first way is to go into your phone’s settings and select “network.” Then, under “network type,” select “LTE.” If your phone is connected to an LTE network, your device will show this information in the notification area. If not, your phone will still show the standard network information. The second way is to uninstall LTE from your phone. This can be done by going into the Settings app and selecting “about phone.” Then, under “software updates,” select “update my device.” After updating your device, re-install LTE if desired. The third way is to turn off LTE on your phone completely. This can be done by going into the Settings app and selecting “about phone.” Then, under “software updates,” select “update my device.” After updating your device, uncheck the box next to “LTE” and press OK. Your phone will now be without LTE.
