If you’re like most people, you probably take photos and videos of your everyday life on Instagram. But if you’re like me, you also love taking photos and videos of your amazing moments. But sometimes, when I want to share a photo or video with my followers, I don’t have enough time to make it happen in the allotted time. Luckily, there’s a way to turn a video on Instagram story into a photo in just minutes! Here’s how:

  1. Open the Instagram app and sign in.
  2. Click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen (the three lines that look like an X). This will open up a menu where you can select “Photos.”
  3. Scroll down until you find the “Video” tab and click on it.
  4. In the “Video” tab, click on the three lines that look like an X again (the three lines that look like an S). This will open up a menu where you can select “Photos.”
  5. Scroll down until you find the “Photo” tab and click on it.
  6. In the “Photo” tab, click on one of the two photos that are next to each other (it should be one of your regular photos). Click on “Edit” and then click on “Copy.”
  7. Paste this copy into a new Instagram story and paste another photo as its background image!
