One way to do this is by using a software called Minecraft Forge. Forge is a program that can be used to transfer Minecraft worlds from Xbox 360 and PS4. To start, you will need to install Forge. Once Forge has been installed, you will need to open it up and click on the “Files” tab. From here, you will need to find the file called “minecraft-xbox-360-portable-1.12.2.zip” and click on it.
