If you’re like most people, you probably use your phone to text and call. But what if you want to text from your Android phone to your iPod? There are a few ways to do this, but the best way is probably the easiest: use a third-party app. There are a few different apps that let you text from your Android phone to your iPod, but the two that we recommend are Google Talk and WhatsApp. Google Talk is free and easy to use, while WhatsApp is more expensive but offers great features such as group messaging and video calling. To start texting from your Android phone to your iPod, open the Google Talk app and type in “text myiPod” into the chat box. You’ll need to enter your phone number and other important information such as account name and password. After you’ve entered all of this information, hit send. If all goes well, you’ll see a message on your screen telling you that the call has been connected. You can then start talking by pressing talk or answer on your Droid or by using the touch screen on your iPod.
