Shazam is a technology that allows you to quickly identify a song by its title and artist. So if you see “The Shape of You” by Ed Sheeran playing on Instagram Stories, you can just hit the button and be done with it. But there’s one thing you need to be careful of when using Shazam: The app can identify some songs that are copyrighted material. So if you want to share a song that’s been copyrighted by someone else, be sure to get permission from the copyright holder first. And don’t forget to credit Shazam when sharing the song!
