If you’re like most people, you probably use your Android phone to take screenshots and share photos. But what if you want to scan a QR code instead? There are a few ways to do this, but the easiest way is to use the Google Maps app. Once you’ve installed it, open it and type in the address of the QR code you want to scan. For example, if you want to scan a QR code for “The Gizmodo Media Group,” type in “Gmzmodo Media Group” into the search bar and hit enter. Once you’ve entered the address, click on the “Screenshots” tab and select your Android phone from the list of devices. You’ll see a list of screenshots that have been taken with Google Maps. If there are any problems taking a screenshot with Google Maps, just try again later when everything is working properly. Once all your screenshots are taken, just save them as PNGs or JPEGs and share them online or in other applications that support QR codes.
