If you’re a Pottermore user, there’s a good chance that you’ve reset your account at some point in the past. If not, here’s how to do it:
- Log into your account and click on the “reset password” link.
- Enter your current password and click on the “reset” button.
- Your account will be reset and all of your data will be backed up. You’ll need to create a new password if you want to keep your account active.
