If you have an OnStar account and have your pin number, it’s time to reset it. Here are some tips to help you do this:

  1. Log in to your account and click on the “reset my pin” link.
  2. Enter your pin number into the form on the next page and click on the “reset” button.
  3. Your account will be reset and you will need to re-enter your pin number if you want it to work again.
