If you’re a Fortnite player on Xbox One, there are a few things you can do to reset your account. This guide is for those who have an Xbox One and want to reset their account.

  1. Log into your Xbox One and go to the “Settings” menu.
  2. Scroll down and select “Accounts.”
  3. In the Accounts section, select “Reset my account.”
  4. Follow the prompts to resend your password and confirm your reset.
  5. Once everything is done, log out of your Xbox One and back in to your account settings to finish setting up your new password.
