If you’re like most people, you probably have a Mophie Charger. But if you’re like me, you don’t know how to reset it. The first thing to do is take off the battery cover. Then remove the two screws that hold the charger in place. You’ll see a small plastic plate on one end and a metal connector on the other. The connector has two black circles that are supposed to match up with the circles on the battery cover. But they don’t always do. So if one of the circles is missing, your charger might not work at all. To fix this, just replace the missing circle with a new one and screw back on the battery cover. If all else fails, just go to your local Mophie store and buy a new charger (or just buy an extra one).
