  1. Log in to your Amazon account.
  2. Click on “Your Account” in the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Under “Your Account Settings,” click on “Manage Your Account.”
  4. On the next page, click on “Request a Password Reset.”
  5. Enter your email address and password and click on “Next.”
