If you’re a business on Yelp, it’s important to know how to remove yourself from the site. This is especially important if you’re not happy with how your business is being rated by other Yelpers. There are a few ways to do this:
- Remove your business from the site completely. This will disable all reviews and ratings for your business, and you’ll need to start over from scratch.
- Remove your business from the “Yelp Businesses” section of the site. This will only affect businesses that have been added by Yelpers themselves, and won’t affect businesses that are already listed in this section.
- Delete your business from Yelp’s website entirely. This will delete all reviews and ratings for your business, as well as any contact information you’ve provided online or in customer surveys.
From there you will be brought to your business page. Scroll down until you see the form that says “Are You The Business Owner?”
Fill out all of the details required and then click submit. That’s it! Your profile is now removed from Yelp for good!
