If you’re like most iPhone 6 owners, you probably don’t use the casemate feature. Casemate is a small, rectangular opening on the top of the phone that’s used to house a front-facing camera and other sensors. But if you want to remove casemate, it’s not as difficult as you might think. Here’s how:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone 6 and scroll down to General.
- Tap on Accessibility and then tap on Casemate.
- Toggle off Casemate if it’s currently enabled.
- Slide your finger up from the bottom of your screen to reveal the hidden Home button and press it once to open up the App Switcher (the three horizontal lines at the bottom of your screen). 5. Swipe left or right until you see Camera Roll and tap on it to open up your photos and videos. 6. Drag any photos or videos that you want off of Camera Roll and into a new folder on your desktop (or anywhere else). 7. Press the Home button again to close Camera Roll and return to normal mode (the three horizontal lines at the bottom of your screen). 8. Congratulations! You’ve removed casemate from your iPhone 6! ..
