If you’re using Gmail, you may have noticed that there’s a sync button on the top left corner of your screen. This button allows you to keep your email and calendar synchronized between your computer and Gmail. However, if you ever want to remove a sync from Gmail, there are a few steps you can take. First, open up the Google Chrome browser and navigate to the address bar at the top of the screen. Then type “chrome://sync/”. Once you hit this link, you’ll be taken to a page that will list all of the synced items in Gmail. You’ll see an option called “Remove from this account”. Select this option and then enter your email address in the “Email Address” field. Finally, click on “Remove”. If all goes well, your email and calendar will be removed from Gmail and will be available again under their own individual tabs in Chrome. If not, please let us know in the comments below how we can help!
