To remove a sub account on PlayStation 4, you will need to first create an account with Sony Online Entertainment and then sign in to your account. Once you are signed in, click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the screen. Then click on the “Sub Accounts” button. Once you see the “Sub Accounts” button, select your sub account from the list. If your sub account is already deleted or inactive, it will not be listed in this screen.
