  1. First, make sure you have the correct information handy. You’ll need your PS4’s unique ID number, which can be found on the system’s front panel or in the settings menu.
  2. Next, head over to the PlayStation Network website and sign in using your PS4 ID and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click here to get help.
