If you’re like most people, you probably have a PDF file that you want to create into an Illustrator document. But how do you import that PDF into Illustrator? There are a few different ways to import a PDF into Illustrator, but the easiest way is to use the File > Import > PDF menu item. This will take you to a dialog box where you can choose which files to import, the size of the files, and whether or not to include images. If you want to create a single-page document from scratch, then use File > Create > Single Page from an existing PDF. However, if you’re importing a large PDF file that has been split into smaller pages, then it’s best to use the File > Import > Page As menu item instead. This will take you to a dialog box where you can choose which pages of the file to import, and whether or not to include images on each page. Once your files are imported and configured as desired, it’s time for some basic editing in Illustrator. First, open up your document and select one of the pages in it. Then click on the Edit button at the bottom of the main window and start editing your document according to your preferences.
