If you have an account with Smule, there are a few things you can do to get it back. First, try contacting the company. They may be able to help you get your account reinstated or reactivated. If that doesn’t work, you can also file a claim with the company. If all of those options don’t work, then you can try filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Smule, you can go to http://smule.com with your device’s browser and sign in using the same username/password used on those platforms. [EDIT] If you’re having trouble logging back in at all, email us your smule ID or iTunes account email address and we’ll be glad to help!
My old Smule account was taken over by someone else!
Please send an email to [email protected] or contact Support via Facebook chat (https://www.facebook.com/SmuleInc) or Twitter (@smule). We will shut down the other user’s access to your Smule account and give you a new account with a fresh library of songs (we do not keep track of how many stars you had for your songs, but we do keep track of levels).

This is usually due to network issues, but it may also be because your mobile device has not been online for an extended period of time (like when you were sleeping last night!). Try waiting a few minutes and then try to upload again. Usually this works right away. If not, read on…
If you’ve tried uploading your recording for more than 5-10 minutes with no luck: Your phone probably doesn’t have enough memory space available to transfer the file. You can clear up some memory space by removing backups or temporary files from your device’s settings app (for iOS)
