There are a few ways to get pudding flesh in Final Fantasy XIV. The easiest way is to find a Chocobo that has been turned into a pudding by the dark magic of the Black Mage. Once you have the Chocobo, you can use the following steps to get pudding flesh:

  1. Talk to the Black Mage and ask for pudding flesh.
  2. If you do not have the Black Mage, you can find him at any of the black market vendors in town or in one of the temples.
  3. Once you have pudding flesh, it will be inside a bowl on your desk at home or work.
