There are a few ways to get Charred Skeever Hide in Skyrim. The easiest way is to find the Skeever Pits northeast of Whiterun and kill the skeever. The second easiest way is to find the Skeever Den northeast of Falkreath and kill the skeever. The third easiest way is to find the Skeever Lair northeast of Solitude and kill the skeever. The fourth easiest way is to find the Skeever Den in Riften and kill the skeeper.
