If it isn’t, you can check for updates by going to the PlayStation Network website and clicking on the “Update Your PlayStation 4” link. If you don’t have an internet connection or if your PS4 is out of range of the network, then you can try resetting your DNS server. To do this, open a command prompt and type “nslookup”.
