If you’re like most people, you probably have a charger cord in your home. But if your charger cord is starting to get a little tired, it’s time to take it apart and fix it. Here are some tips on how to fix a charger cord:

  1. Remove the cover from the charger. This will help you see the cords inside.
  2. Take off the plugs from the charger and place them on a work surface so that they are facing out.
  3. Take off the screws that hold the cords together. These can be done with a Phillips screwdriver or by using pliers if they are not accessible with a screwdriver.
  4. Pry one of the cords out of its connector and place it on top of another cord on the work surface so that they are parallel to each other (or as close as possible). Now twist both cords together until they form a loop (or use pliers if necessary). Make sure that both cords are twisted tightly before putting back on the cover and re-plugging in the charger!
