If you’re a GROWLr user, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of the app and its features. If not, GROWLr is an app for managing your social media accounts. It’s a great way to keep track of what people are saying about your company or product, and it can be helpful in managing customer interactions. But if you want to delete your account, there’s a few steps you need to take:

  1. Log into the app and click on the “delete my account” button at the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to a page where you’ll need to provide some information about your account. For example, your name, email address, and phone number will all need to be provided.
  2. Once you’ve provided all of this information, click on the “delete my account” button at the top left corner of the screen and confirm your deletion by clicking on the “confirm deletion” button next to it. The app will then send out an email notification telling you that your account has been deleted.

To delete a user from your Growlr contact list, follow these steps:

Select the user you want to delete (i.e. Sandra) Tap on her name Select “Delete” as seen on the screenshot below You’ll see a confirmation message like this one confirming that Sandra has been deleted from your contacts:

Turn on your Bluetooth and make sure you are close enough to the person you want to send a Growlr message. To add this contact tap on “Send Message”. In the following screen tap on “+ Add Contact”

A confirmation box will pop up, confirm by tapping on “Yes”, as seen in the screenshot below:

Tap on one of their profiles and from there select their name and type your own custom message into the text bar before sending it, like shown in the picture below:

You can also create a new GROWLr account within that app if you don’t have one already. If you need more information about how to do this please read our article titled Creating an account . Next time when opening GROWLr you’ll see a new notification, tap on it to open the Growlr app.

We get this question quite often from users that are not able to add their account. Here’s a quick explanation: For security reasons GROWLr needs to get permissions before you can add your account. Only when you allow these permissions will GROWLr be able to connect with your data and allow you to send messages via bluetooth. Usually we recommend doing this right after installing the application for the first time, but if you already have a previous version installed then follow these steps:

When you start the application for the first time, a dialog box will appear asking if you are willing to add GROWLr as a device. Tap on “Yes”. You’ll see another screen now, just tap on “Done” and that’s it! Your account will be added automatically after doing this.
