If you’re a regular AliExpress shopper, it’s important to be aware of the company’s deletion policy. AliExpress is a popular online store that offers a variety of products and services. But the company has a strict deletion policy that can impact your account if you don’t follow its instructions. To delete your AliExpress account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and click on the “My Account” tab.
- Scroll down to the bottom and click on “Delete Account.”
- Enter your name and email address in the “Forgot Your Password?” field and click on “Confirm.”
- Click on “Submit.”
- You’ll be asked to confirm that you want to delete your account. Click on “Yes,” and you’ll be taken to the confirmation page.
- Click on “Delete Account.”
Open an incognito window in Chrome, Firefox, or Safari on your computer and log in to the site with one of these browsers if you are using a different browser for this process.
Click on the ‘My Account’ tab located at the top right corner of any page on the Aliexpress website. Clicking here will automatically take you to My Profile Page where all information about your profile is displayed as shown below :-
A) Scroll down until you find the ‘Delete my account’ button under the Personal Information section which is highlighted in the red box (See Image). If it doesn’t show up on your browser window, try scrolling down manually.
B) Click ‘Delete my account’ button and a pop-up will appear as shown below:
C) Read the message carefully before clicking ‘Yes’ to permanently delete your Aliexpress account or click No if you wish to continue using it. If you choose Yes, then congratulations! Your Aliexpress account is now deleted forever. Please note that this action cannot be undone so please consider any consequences carefully prior to proceeding with deleting of your Aliexpress Account.
