Android devices come with a built-in file manager, but there are a few ways to delete files and folders on the device. The first way is to use the File Manager app. To open the File Manager, open the Settings app and then tap on the three lines that start with “File Manager.” In the File Manager, select “New” from the left hand menu and then select “Folder.” In the Folder, select “Files” from the left hand menu and then select “Delete.” Type in a filename and press OK.
