If you’re like most people, you probably use Instagram to keep up with your favorite celebrities and brands. But if you’re looking to delete first letter searches on the app, there are a few things you need to know. First, Instagram doesn’t support deleting individual letters from your username. So if you want to delete a letter, you’ll need to delete the entire username. Second, if you want to delete a search term from your account, you’ll need to create a new one and add the term in its place. Then follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. This will take you to your settings.
  2. On this page, scroll down until you find “Search.” Under “Search Terms,” select “First Letter Searches.” Now click on the “Delete” button next to this term.
  3. You’ll now be able to search for all of your first letter searches again!

Another slightly slower route would be to open up Settings and scrolling down until you see Language & Region settings. Here you can change the language from English (US) to English.
