If you have FaceTime calls in your account, and you want them to be deleted permanently, there are a few steps you can take.

  1. Log into your account and click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen that say “Settings.”
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Delete Calls.”
  3. Click on “Confirm” and then click on “Done.”
