If you’re a WhatsApp user, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of the group deletion feature. This is a handy way to stop people from joining your group without warning, or to remove people who have stopped being active. To delete a WhatsApp group, follow these steps:

  1. Open WhatsApp and sign in.
  2. Click on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen (the one with the three circles). This will take you to a menu where you can select “Deactivate Group.”
  3. Click on “Deactivate Group.”
  4. The group will be deleted from your account and all its members will be removed from their devices too.
