  1. Open the App Store on your Apple TV.
  2. Search for “Netflix” and install the app.
  3. Sign in with your Netflix account information.
  4. On the main screen, under “My Account,” click on “Deactivate Account.”
  5. Enter your password to confirm deactivation and then click on “Deactivate Account.”
