If you’re a parent of a child under the age of thirteen, there are a few things you need to do in order to create and manage a Google account for your child. First, create an account on Google.com if you don’t have one already. This will give your child access to all of the features of Google, including search, Gmail, and YouTube. Next, find out what age range your child is allowed to use Google services. If they are allowed to use Gmail and YouTube at thirteen years old or younger, then you can create their account and start using those services. Once they’ve entered their information correctly, click on “Create Account.” You’ll be asked if you want your child’s account linked with their parents’ accounts or not. If you choose this option, then both parents’ accounts will be able to use the same email address and password for their children’s accounts. To use YouTube, open it and click on the three lines in the top left corner that say “YouTube Kids.” Then enter in your child’s name and password (if any). Once they’ve entered their information correctly, click on “Create Account.” You’ll be asked if you want your child’s account linked with their parents’ accounts or not.
