If you’re like most gamers, you probably have a PlayStation 4 and a smartphone or tablet nearby. But what if you want to use your phone’s data connection to play games online? Or stream movies or TV shows? There are a few ways to do this. The simplest is to connect your phone to the PlayStation 4 via USB cable. But if you want more control over your connection, or if you have multiple devices that need access to the internet at the same time, you can use a hotspot. Here’s how to set up a hotspot on your PlayStation 4:

  1. Open the Settings menu on your PlayStation 4. You’ll find it in the main menu bar at the top of the screen.
  2. Select Network and then select Wi-Fi Connection Settings. You’ll see a list of available networks and their status (connected, searching, etc.). If yours isn’t listed, try connecting to another network first and then try again. If that doesn’t work, try connecting using Bluetooth instead.
  3. Select Enable Wi-Fi Hotspot and enter your PSN account password (if necessary). You’ll now be able to connect other devices (like smartphones or tablets) to your PS4 via Wi-Fi without having them connected directly to the internet via cable or Bluetooth. Just make sure they’re within range of your PS4’s wireless signal! ..
