To access the cache, follow these steps:
Open iTunes on your computer or Mac. Make sure that your device is connected to the computer via USB cable (not synced).
Select your iPad/iPhone from the Devices list
Click Apps
Scroll down to find “Words with Friends”
Select “Caches and Data”
Clear all data by checking each box next to Words with Friends, then clicking Delete 7. Reboot your iPad/iPhone by turning it off and back on again
Refreshing the screen in this way will clear the cache but won’t delete any of your actual game data 9. Open Words with Friends to verify that it’s working properly
If you still experience problems playing Words with Friends after rebooting, repeat steps 1-9 above (steps 2-4 are shown below for convenience) 11. You will need to reconnect your device via USB cable before proceeding

Select Storage
Delete Caches
Reboot your iPad/iPhone as directed above
