There are a few ways to clean Pistons without removing them. The most common way is to use a plunger. Put the plunger over the top of the Pistons and push and pull until all of the liquid is removed. Another way is to use a vacuum cleaner with the hose attachment. Put the vacuum cleaner over the top of the Pistons and turn it on. The suction will pull all of the liquid out of the Pistons.
