1. Remove the screws that hold the picture frame to the wall.
  2. Lift the frame off of the wall and place it on a surface that is clean and free of dust, dirt, or other debris.
  3. Place a cloth over the top of the picture and use a screwdriver to pry off any excess adhesive from around the edges of the cloth.
  4. Place a new cloth over top of the old one and use another screwdriver to pry off any excess adhesive from around the edges of both cloths.
  5. Repeat steps 3-5 until all glass is clean and free of adhesive
