If you’ve been reported on Instagram, there are a few things you can do to make sure that your account is not being monitored.

  1. Make sure that you have updated your account information. This includes your name, phone number, and email address.
  2. Check to see if anyone has reported you in the past. If so, please reach out to them and let them know that you have been reported and what steps you are taking to protect yourself.
  3. Use the “report this user” button on Instagram’s website to report someone who has violated our terms of service or privacy policy.
