If you’re like most people, your iPhone is your go-to device for checking email, browsing the web, and taking pictures. But if you’re looking to up your iPhone game and start charging for some of those activities, here’s how:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone and scroll down to “General.”
  2. Under “Usage,” tap “Cellular” and then tap “Usage History.”
  3. In the Usage History window that pops up, you’ll see a list of all the calls, texts, and data usage that took place on your iPhone over the past month. Tap on any one of those items to see more detailed information about that particular transaction.
  4. To start charging for specific activities, first find the app or service you want to charge for in the list of transactions. For example, if you want to start charging for email use, look for “Email” in the list of transactions. Next, find the row corresponding to that transaction and tap on it. This will open up a new screen where you can set a price per unit of data used (for example, $0.10 per MB). You can also choose whether or not you want to automatically charge your iPhone each month for using that service or app. When you’re done setting prices and preferences, hit “Done” at the bottom of the screen. ..
