- Log in to your Cloudia account.
- Click the “Support Units” tab at the top of the page.
- Select the support unit you want to change from the list of available units.
- Click “Change Unit Settings.”
- On the “Unit Settings” page, click the “Change Support Type” button and select your desired support type from the list of options.
