OSU students have the option to change their name on their OSU ID card. The process is simple and can be completed in just a few minutes. To begin, head to the Student Services Building on campus and find the office that handles student IDs. You will need your OSU ID number, current name, and desired new name. Once you have all of this information, head to the front desk and ask for a change of name form. The form will ask you to provide your current name and desired new name. You will also need to provide your ID number and birthdate. Once you have filled out the form, give it back to the staff member at the front desk and they will stamp it with your new name.
