If you’re having trouble connecting to your PlayStation 4, it may be because your PS4’s IP address is not correct. To fix this, you can change the PS4’s IP address. To do this, open the PlayStation 4’s Settings app and select “Network & Internet.” Under “Network” tab, select “Change network settings.” In the resulting window, enter in the new IP address that you want to use for your PlayStation 4. Click OK to save your changes. If you’re still having trouble connecting to your PlayStation 4, it may be because your PS4’s IP address is not correct. If that’s the case, please contact Sony for help.
