If you want to change the date on your Instagram post, there are a few things you can do. You can use the date picker in the app, or you can use a third-party app like Google Sheets. If you use a third-party app, make sure that the app is compatible with Instagram. If all of those things don’t work for you, then you can try using Instagram’s own date picker. To use the date picker in Instagram, open the app and go to your profile page. On your profile page, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen. The first line will be called “Profile Settings.” The second line will be called “Date Picker.” The third line will be called “Date Format.” In this example, I’m using “yyyy-MM-dd.” The Date Picker will allow you to choose between two different date formats: HH:mm or A/B/C/D. You can also choose to have a specific day or time range chosen for your post. If you want to have a specific day or time range chosen for your post, then select that from the dropdown list on the left side of the screen. If all of those things don’t work for you and you still want to change the date on your Instagram post, then try using one of Instagram’s own tools: its tools for managing posts or its tools for creating videos.
