If you’re like most people, you probably signed up for a free trial of ZipRecruiter, only to cancel it before it even started. Here’s how to do it without feeling guilty. ..
You have received this cancellation notice because you decided to cancel your ZipRecruiter Basic free trial or paid account and/or package through our website prior to the end of your current billing cycle, or we determined that you are ineligible for further use of the site. Please note that once an email confirmation is sent, it cannot be undone (unless a technical error occurred) and you will continue receiving Job alerts until your 30 day free trial period ends even if you are no longer a member. Cancelled or expired memberships will be billed at $194 annually unless cancelled within the first 60 days.
ZipRecruiter operates using an annual billing cycle. As a member, your subscription will renew at the end of each twelve (12) month period and you may receive notifications informing you that your account is being automatically renewed due to the terms of the Membership Agreement in effect at the time you became a member. In order to stop any pending renewal charges, please log into your account and cancel your Membership before it renews. By cancelling within thirty (30) days of receiving a renewal notification, you will not be charged again and we will remove any pending charges from your credit card or payment method on file. If you do not cancel your membership before it renews, then we will charge the funds necessary for us to continue services to the credit card or payment method on file and your account will automatically renew at the end of the annual billing cycle.
We reserve the right to modify our Membership Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review our Membership Agreement periodically by visiting this page for any updates which may have been made since you last accessed or used the website or joined as a member. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada and the United States of America.
