If you have an UPS My Choice account, you can cancel it at any time by calling 1-800- UPS-CANCELLATION. If you cancel your account before your contract is up, you will be charged the full amount of your contract. If you cancel after your contract is up, you will be charged the remaining balance of your contract plus any applicable taxes.
