If you’re a customer of Amazon, you may have noticed that your account is sometimes listed as “cancelled.” This is because Amazon can’t keep track of how many orders you’ve placed and shipped. To cancel your account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Amazon account and click on the “My Account” tab.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom and click on the “Cancel Shipt” button.
  3. Your order will be cancelled and you’ll be refunded for any money that was already paid for it.

– Log into your account and go to “My Account” on the top menu bar

– Scroll down until you see “Account Settings” and click on it

– Click on “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the page

Confirm your desire to cancel by clicking “Yes, please remove my account” Click on the orange button that says “Cancel Subscription and Deactivate Account”. This will permanently delete your Shipt account.

The first thing you’ll need to do is log into your account at shipt.com/accounts. From there, scroll down until you see My Account near the top of the page with a link for it just under Your Profile picture in the upper right hand corner. Once inside this section, click on Account Settings (located below any other tabs). Scrolling further down will give you an option to Cancel Subscription and Deactivate Account (this is how we can stop your account). You will be prompted to confirm your desire to cancel by clicking “Yes, please remove my account.” Once you click yes, the orange button on this page which says Cancel Subscription and Deactivate Account. This will permanently delete your Shipt account!

In order to stop receiving shipments from us you’ll need to call customer service at 800-700-7429 or email [email protected] before 11:59 PM Central Time on November 17th 2018. We apologize for any inconvenience but we are unable to process cancellations through our website once an order has been accepted and shipped – so if you want a refund it is important that we get in touch with one another as soon as possible after delivery .
