If you’re a fan of HBO Now on Roku, there are a few things you can do to cancel your subscription.
- Open the Roku app and sign in to your account.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select “Cancel my subscription.”
- Click on the “Cancel” button and confirm your cancellation by clicking on the “confirm” button again.
If you want HBO on your smart TV, you can also purchase an HBO Now subscription through the HBO website or HBO app. This is a new way of getting HBO if you have decided to cancel HBO now on Roku. Your mileage may vary with this option depending on which TV you own and its compatibility with HBO Now.

The best way to cancel your subscription is through HBO’s technical support by calling their telephone number at 1 (877) 699-4368 . The first person they will put you in contact with will probably be very unfriendly and just process the cancellation for HBO Now on Roku. They will probably ask you why you are leaving and if they can offer HBO Go to replace it. They will not offer HBO On Demand. If you do not want HBO Go, tell them so up front.
