If you’re a student and have enrolled in a course at Course Hero, there’s a good chance you’re wondering how to cancel the course and get your money back. Here are some tips to help you cancel your Course Hero course:

  1. Log into your account and click on the “Cancel Course” button.
  2. You’ll be asked to provide your name, email address, and credit card information. Once these details are entered, the cancellation will be processed and you’ll be able to receive your money back within 24 hours!

– Click on the three horizontal dots beside your name in the upper right hand corner of your dashboard. Select “Settings” from the drop down menu and find “Account Settings.” Go to Subscription Management, where you’ll be able to see all of your current subscriptions. Scroll through this list until you find Course Hero (if it’s not there then that means you’re a free member). Then simply click on Cancel Subscription next to the title and confirm! And now you can get your money back! Course Hero doesn’t refund any unused months, but if it’s less than one month and not more that $30 then they’ll give the pro rata amount in a gift card. In order to receive this credit use the Contact Us button on our homepage and select “Help” from the drop down menu at the bottom of that page. You’ll be asked for some personal information such as name, email address, phone number, etc., so please send us an email with all those bits of info included within 24 hours of cancelling your account (within two days after receiving a confirmation)

If you’re unhappy with Course Hero, there are a few things you can do to get your money back. First, try to reach out to customer service.
