If you’re a Macy’s customer, there are a few things you can do to cancel your purchase. First, go to the store and ask a sales associate to help you. Then, print out and carry around a copy of your receipt. Next, go to the bank and tell them that you want to cancel your purchase. Finally, write down all of the information on your receipt - including the order number - and bring it with you when you go into the store.
