If you’re a business owner, you know that it’s important to keep your customers happy. But sometimes, they just don’t want to buy from you anymore. That’s where groupon campaigns come in. To cancel a groupon campaign, follow these steps:
- Log into your account and click on the “Cancel Groupon” button at the top of the page. This will take you to a confirmation page that will ask for your customer’s contact information.
- Once you have their contact information, email them and let them know that you’ve decided to cancel their order. Be sure to include a link to the groupon page where they can find out more about what happened with their purchase.
- If all goes well, they’ll eventually receive an email notification telling them that their order has been cancelled and that they can still get a refund if they’d like. If not, be sure to apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank them for their time!
1: Go into Groupon Central
2: Select “My Account” from the menu bar on the left
3: In this page, select “Cancel Campaign”
As you can see, Groupon is not very helpful when it comes to canceling campaigns. The cancellation process is lengthy and complicated. But don’t worry! Groupon has made the whole thing a lot easier on their iOS app. Just head over to Groupon Central and select “My Account” from the menu bar on the left of your screen. This brings up an account management page with all available options for managing Groupons that you have purchased or created in the past (including those canceled). Scroll down until you find a section labeled “Canceled Campaigns.” Clicking this will show any cancelled Groupons along with details about why they were canceled and how much money was refunded back to you if applicable. It also shows Groupon’s name as the Groupon Merchant for that campaign.
This is where you can find any canceled campaigns, with details about why they were canceled and how much money was refunded back to you if applicable. It also shows Groupon’s name as the Groupon Merchant for that campaign. Clicking on a specific cancelled Groupon will bring up more information such as its original purchase price, when it expired, what percentage of discounts are available now based off of their current values, and so forth. If a transaction has been completed through Grouponic then Groupon will refund you the money back to Grouponic.
