Instagram is a great way to share photos and videos with friends and family, but it can be even more fun when you add music to your stories. You can use slow motion to make your videos even more exciting, or just for a little added fun. Here are four ways to add music to your Instagram stories in slow motion:
- Use the built-in music feature on Instagram. This is probably the easiest way to add music to your story, and it’s free. Just open up the app, go to Stories, and tap on the camera button at the bottom of the screen. Then, select “Add Audio.” You’ll then be able to choose from a variety of songs from your phone or online library, and play them as you record your story.
- Use an app like SoundCloud or Mixcloud. These apps allow you to upload audio files directly onto them, which you can then use in your stories. Just search for “slow motion” on either of those apps, find a song that you want to use, and click on it to download it onto your phone or computer. Once you have it downloaded, open up Instagram Stories and tap on the camera button at the bottom of the screen again. This time, select “Add Audio From Library.” From there, you can select which album or track you want to use in your story (or choose “All Tracks”), and hit “Upload.”
- Use a third-party app like SloMo Pro or MotionX Video Editor+. These apps are designed specifically for adding slow motion effects into videos (and sometimes other types of footage as well), so they may require a bit more setup than either of the two options above. However, once they’re installed on your phone or computer (and registered with Instagram), they’re easy enough to use.
